Shipping & returns

Orders are shipped to our clinic and can be picked up normally within one to two business days.

ALL SALES FINAL. We only exchange goods if they are defective or damaged. In circumstances where you consider a product defective or damaged, you should promptly contact us at 204-623-6292 with details of the products and defect/damage. 

If the clinic is not contacted within 5 business days a 25% restocking fee will be added in order to exchange the product.

All of our food products are 100% guaranteed by our partner food companies and CAN only be returned for the following reasons. 

1. QUALITY-there is a problem with the quality of the product. 
2. SAFETY- if a bag is opened or the product is defective. 

ALL ITEMS MUST BE RETURNED IN THE ORIGINAL PACKAGING TO BE CONSIDERED FOR EXCHANGE OR RETURN. IF NOT IN THE ORIGINAL PACKAGING THE ITEM WILL NOT BE EXCHANGED/RETURNED.
